ROHATSU SESSHIN @ ZEN CENTER ATHENS
The winter sesshin takes place in Zen Center Athens, on an annual basis. During sesshins we follow the program of Hosshinji monastery. We remind you that sesshin is done in silence, without mobile phones, laptops, books, etc. and that the meals are taken in the traditional monastic way using the oryoki.
Please note that sesshin is a form of intensive group zazen practice and is therefore not recommended for those in beginner’s level but for those who have some experience in zazen and want to deepen their practice.
