ZEN CENTER SESSHIN 12 – 16 MAY 2023 The May sesshin will take place from 12 to 16/5 2023, at Zen Center Athens, in the presence of Koten Roshi and Doiku Sensei. During the sesshin we follow the Hosshinji Monastery program. We remind you that the sesshin takes place in silence, without cell phones, computers and books. Meals are done in the traditional monastic way using the oryoki. The participation fee is 300 euros and covers the 5 days of meals and a minimum contribution to Zen Center Athens. The winter sesshin takes place in Zen Center Athens, on an annual basis. During sesshins we follow the program of Hosshinji monastery. We remind you that sesshin is done in silence, without mobile phones, laptops, books, etc. and that the meals are taken in the traditional monastic way using the oryoki. The sesshin with Okumura Roshi at Zen Center Athens will take place from 6-9.3.2020.  During all  sesshins we follow the program of Hosshinji monastery in Japan. The participants can arrive on Friday 6.3 from 17.00 to 20.00, the latest. During the sesshin you will stay in the zendo of Zen Center Athens from Friday 6.3 to Monday 9.3 at 12:00.
